Mega V Router

Lead time:
There is a 1 week lead time to shipment on the Mega V and Mega V XL.

Approximately 19x19x3.75″ (standard model)
Approximately 35x35x3.75″ (XL model)

Footprint:

The overall footprint depends on whether you put the control box to the left of the machine or on a shelf up underneath. Not counting the control box, the 35×35″ machine is 42″ deep by 48″ wide and the 19×19″ machine is 27″ deep and 33″ wide. The electronics control box is about 12×12″. The router version is 19″ tall.

The weight of the machine depends on different factors, such as whether you have a T plate bed or standard MDF bed. Generally speaking, the 19×19″ router weights about 100 pounds. The 35×35″ router weighs about 175 pounds.

Warranty

Orders placed after 11/8/2021 have 1 year parts warranty from the date of shipment. Previous to this there was a 180-day warranty on this product from the time of shipment.

No returns or cancellations are permitted once the order has left our facility.

We provide free technical support for this product with proof of original purchase.

Mega V Full Sheet Router

Capabilities:
Mills wood, plastic, foam, carbon fiber, circuit boards, and soft metals.

Working Area:
Approximately 50″x98″x3.75″. You can cut an entire sheet of 4×8′ plywood with this machine.

Footprint:

The machine is approximately 58″ x 114″ x 48″ high and weighs approximately 400 to 450 pounds, depending on the configuration.

Assembly:

Assembly is required. This is a very large machine. Anticipate a full weekend or more of assembly.

Warranty

One year parts warranty from the date of shipment. No returns or cancellations are permitted once the order has left our facility. We provide free technical support for this product.

Shipping

The Mega V Full Sheet comes flat pack shipped in several boxes. The size of the pieces forces the packages into oversized and overweight categories that come with unavoidable surcharges from FedEx and UPS. Shipping is $629 on this unit.

Software is not included but there are free and paid options. See the FAQ page. We also sell Vectric software. Vectric VCarve Pro and Easel Pro are excellent programs to consider.

Mega V XXL Router Kit

Working Area:
Approximately 50″x50″x3.75″. You can do a half sheet of plywood with this machine, or use tiling to machine an entire sheet!

Footprint:

The machine is approximately 58″ x 66″ x 48″ high and weighs approximately 250 pounds.

Assembly:

Assembly is required. This is a large machine. Anticipate a full weekend of assembly.

MillRight CNC Power Route Plus

Lead time:
There is a 2 week lead time to shipment on the Power Route Plus. Please contact us if you need clarification.

Capabilities:
Mills wood, plastic, foam, carbon fiber, circuit boards, soft metals, and can make occasional light cuts in mild steel. This machine is the most heavy duty and precise machine in our lineup. We dare you to compare it to other machines at the price point in the market.

Working Area:
Approximately 25”×25”×5.5″ (Gantry Clearance is 5.5″, Total Z Stroke is 6.25″)

Footprint:
About 39″ deep × 37″ wide by 31″ high. 5″ of the depth comes from the Y motor on the front that is above the table surface.

Assembled vs. Kit:
Choose the Power Route Plus as a Kit or an Assembled Unit. The $999 assembly charge covers factory assembly and testing along with the the additional shipping that we incur when sending a crated machine via truck freight versus flat packing the machine and sending through the ground network in multiple boxes. The standard base shipping fee is still collected at shipping when selecting the assembled machine.

Working Area:
Approximately 17.25”×17.25”×4”

Footprint:
On table footprint of 25″×30″, counting the 4″ inch square electronics enclosure that goes at the back left. With overhands of motors above the table it is 28″×30″×17″.

What’s included:
All the hardware items you need to get going. You get the machine parts kit, a Makita RT0701C router, router mount, an end mill, and basic clamps.

The assembled version only ships to the 48 contiguous United States. The kit version ships worldwide.

Refund Policy and Product Warranty

We can refund an order, less the 3% fee that our processor does not return to us, prior to shipment. No refunds are permitted after shipment. We will replace any part that may become defective within 90 days of shipment.
